The hotel was set up like a one-bedroom apartment, super comfy and nice for a family of 4 to spread out. The air conditioning unit in the living room was fantastic, especially during nearly 100-degree weather. The hotel excelled in service with kind and helpful staff, ensuring an excellent and accommodating experience.

I had a mixed experience during my stay at the hotel. The location was excellent, near the airport where I spent most of my time, but unfortunately, the room I requested, 102, was not available for my entire stay. The service was a bit of a mixed bag, with some staff not being the friendliest, but others were incredibly kind and helpful. The dining options were more than adequate, but there were very few choices available. The facilities were well-done, with amenities like a small gym, outdoor firepit, and indoor pool.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it ideal for travelers. The rooms were decent but lacked modern amenities, with some cleanliness issues in the kitchen and carpets. Staff at the front desk varied in friendliness. Service overall was helpful and kind, especially at the breakfast area and front desk. The hotel offers a range of useful services like dry cleaning and a free shuttle. The location is great with plenty of dining options and relaxing outdoor spaces. The dining experience was good but could use more variety, and at times, there were shortages of certain items like coffee. The facilities are adequate but not exceptional.
